about

I was in a music shop in Bir,gingham called Hob Goblin and I heard this beautiful noise. A young lad was playing an indian hang drum.

I walked out of there with the drum and my pocket significantly lighter....I was cycling back home and decided to stop at starbucks on the hagley road and have a coffee and a fag outside the front.

Emerging from the darkness was a man. He shuffled towards me with a torch in his hand but the torch lit little to no ground in front of him. It was curious the whole thing. He walked into the tanning salon.
I thought I could write a song about this guy. Or made up loosely around him. He’s a frustrated creative in a failing business and can’t see through the darkness. Take this man and multiply by a large of the electorate who voted in the present austerity of ‘5 more years’, this ‘psychophonie’ is one of many others.

lyrics

The Man who owns the tanning salon carries a torch in his hand at night.

He writes insufferable poems wth no less on to be learned and they are stowed away on his phone for life.

And the pain in his heart didn’t read as art so no he twiddles his thumbs one stop flight.

On his bike he was free, to think, but he only had three places to go.

One was his friends where his charger was draining the energy out of the home.

The second was his work where he made passive gestures about being alone

And the third is where his home is, his stones get thrown, his stones get thrown.

So keep em’ in, keep em in, keep em in, psychophonie.

So keep em’ in, keep em’ in, keep em in, another five years, lets keep em in@

What could they do wrong?

And the pain ins his heart didn’t read as art oh, what could go wrong?

So keep em in, so keep em in
